UHAlean had the honor to participate in the construction of the system of "daily production scheduling plan" in this project. Relying on the master production plan, the project cooperated closely with the project team of Zhongke. Through scientific system design and accurate algorithm analysis, the production batch and production sequence of the factory were optimized, and the optimal production scheduling plan was developed in response to various demands and production changes quickly.
