11. Petroleum refining consists of three segments: crude oil scheduling, refinery unit scheduling, and refined oil blending. There are problems such as tank storage, pipeline, device load and physical property harmony between and within each production link. At present, excel tables are used for planning, lacking quantitative tools to support.
